Mental Toughness Bootcamp (MTBC) shows salespeople how to control their thoughts, feelings, and attitudes, before, during and after any professional engagement. This leads to better performance, especially under pressure.
MTBC is a cross between emotional intelligence (EQ) training and critical thinking. It’s an introspective process that causes people to examine their preconceived (and often unconscious) feelings, attitudes, and beliefs, and how those directly impact their interactions and, ultimately, their results.
The process is called “Facilitated Introspection”, and I draw on my experiences as both a Marine Corps veteran and successful entrepreneur to train sales teams on how to achieve word-class results. MTBC has been called an awakening, and drives participants to a higher level of emotional competence and improved mental ability, resulting in enhanced sales and careers.
